While the server issue was resolved at 09:05, we experienced a delayed restart of our email services, which resumed normal operation at 13:11. During this period, email delivery was affected; however, all emails were kept in a queue and have been successfully delivered post-restoration. We understand the critical nature of email communication and apologize for any inconvenience caused. We are taking measures to prevent such delays in the future.

At 08:29, our monitoring systems detected a significant outage affecting our server infrastructure. This incident has resulted in the unavailability of all services hosted by MB Hosting / MB Digital Ventures, including web hosting, email, and other online services. Our team is investigating the root cause to resolve this issue as swiftly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers.

Our technical team has commenced a thorough investigation into the unexpected server downtime noticed at 08:29. We are working diligently to identify the cause and restore services. After initial troubleshooting efforts did not yield a resolution, we have contacted our server provider for further assistance with the ongoing server issues. The problem appears to be linked to network connectivity affecting multiple hypervisors and storage servers. We are collaborating closely with our provider to ensure a swift resolution. We are pleased to announce that the server outage reported at 08:29 has been resolved as of 09:05. Our services are now back online, and all systems are operational. Our server provider identified and addressed a network equipment issue to restore service. We thank our customers for their patience during this time.

Due to planned maintenance for a major upgrade of our server software, all services will be offline temporarily from 11 PM. We plan to minimize downtime as much as possible.

After careful preparation, backing up, and testing, the last back-up is now finished and we're ready to upgrade. Maintenance will now commence. The server will restart a few times and will then be offline for approx. 30-45 minutes.

The server is now offline while the OS is upgrading. Estimated time of completion of the preparation stage is in about 20 minutes (23:28h)

Conversion phase is in progress, this will take about 15-30 minutes.

The upgrade process seems complete, and the server is back online. We're investigating whether everything has been converted correctly.

Emails are not delivered but kept in a queue, as the data is saved we will monitor this and take action if they are not being delivered.

Mail is up and running again. This concludes this OS upgrade. Over the next days, we'll be on the lookout for new issues and fix accordingly. Please test services and notify us if anything goes wrong.

First reports of incoming e-mail delivery failure.

Identified cause, DNSBL spam filter was too strict, rejected almost every incoming message.

Due to an unknown problem last night since about 1 AM, web page hosting went offline at 4 AM. Other services such as email and databases were preserved during this attack.

Our web page hosting service has been restored. We continue to monitor for possible new problems.

Our systems are currently updating, leading to an outage in accessing the Plesk configuration panel.
